This page explains what information is collected through this site and through working with Estatics, why it is held, and what can be asked about it.
Information given directly
Name, company, email address, telephone number and anything included in a message, an enquiry or a project brief. This is information you choose to send, either through the contact form or by email.
Information collected automatically
Standard website analytics, including pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, browser and device type. This is used to understand how the site is used, not to identify individual visitors.
Why it is held
To respond to enquiries, to prepare and discuss proposals, to deliver work that has been commissioned, to keep the records required for accounting, and to understand how the site performs.
Project material
Files supplied for a project are held for as long as the working relationship requires. They are not sold, published or shared outside the studio and the production partners working on that project, and unreleased material is treated as confidential.
Who it is shared with
Information is not sold and is not shared for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers used to run the studio, such as the website host, the email provider and the analytics provider, and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service.
Hosting
This site is published and hosted with Framer, which processes standard technical data as part of serving pages. Framer publishes its own privacy information covering that processing.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for basic function and for analytics. Most browsers allow cookies to be refused or removed, and the site remains usable if they are.
How long it is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it remains relevant. Project and financial records are kept for the period required for accounting and legal purposes, and are removed after that.
Your choices
A copy, a correction or the deletion of personal information held about you can be requested by email. Requests are answered within a reasonable period, subject to any records that must be retained by law.
Transfers
The studio operates from Dubai and works with clients and service providers in other countries. Information may therefore be processed outside the United Arab Emirates, and reasonable steps are taken to protect it wherever it is held.

This page may be updated from time to time. The version published here applies from the date shown above.
