Terms
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms apply to work commissioned from Estatics. Each engagement is also defined in writing before it begins, and that written scope takes precedence where the two differ.
Scope of work
Every engagement is set out in writing before work begins. The written scope states what will be produced, the material needed to produce it, the delivery date and the fee. Anything requested outside that scope is quoted and scheduled separately.
Material supplied by the client
Work is produced from material the client supplies. Plans, elevations, surveys, renders, photographs and reference footage remain the property of whoever created them. By supplying material, the client confirms it holds the rights needed for that material to be used in the ways agreed. The studio does not independently verify ownership of supplied material.
The finished work
On final payment, the finished files are licensed to the client for marketing and sales use, with no time limit and no territorial restriction. Working files, project assets and production methods are retained by the studio and are not shared or transferred.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds is stated in the written scope. Revised drawings, new reference material or changed requirements received after approval are treated as a new requirement, and are quoted and scheduled separately.
Timelines
Delivery dates are agreed before work begins and assume the material is complete and approved at the start. Where material arrives late, or approvals take longer than agreed, the delivery date moves accordingly.
Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in writing before work begins, and invoicing terms are stated in the written scope. Work may be paused where invoices remain unpaid beyond those terms.
Confidentiality
Material supplied for unreleased projects is treated as confidential. It is not published, shown or shared before the client’s release date, or before the client gives written approval.
Showing completed work
The studio may wish to show completed work as a reference. Where a project is unreleased or commercially sensitive, this happens only with the client’s written approval.
Outcomes
The studio produces visual material. It does not guarantee sales, enquiries, engagement, ranking or any other commercial result. Nothing on this site, in any proposal or in any conversation should be read as a promise of a specific outcome.
Third party platforms
Where work is supplied for use on a property portal, a social platform, a screen network or any other third party service, the client is responsible for meeting that service’s own specifications and policies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. The studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss arising from delay.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published here applies to engagements agreed after the date shown above.
